Our programs focus on physical fitness-we work on making small changes little by little. We assist in creating lifestyle changes, rather than focusing on weight loss. Non-scale victories are proof of progress-decreased pain, increased energy and strength, inches lost, better posture, better flexibility, and a boost in endorphins that can help improve mental health.

Classes at our headquarters
We send trainers to various locations to bring fitness to you! This is the “mobile” part of our gym. We have gone to schools, community centers, assisted living facilities, senior centers, and more.
